Prices

In today’s marketplace, the cost of materials, tariffs, and labor is constantly changing. As a result, the prices of raw materials, finished goods, and services may change without notice. Catalog and website prices may not always reflect the most current rates.​

If you need exact amounts, please contact us directly for a quote. Requests are typically processed within 2 business days.​​  All credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 8.75% will be added to all orders unless a valid resale or tax exemption certificate is provided and on file.​

By law, we cannot assume that a customer wishes to use their resale license unless it is explicitly stated at the time of purchase. If you qualify for a tax exemption, you must notify us when placing your order and provide the appropriate documentation.​

     

We provide state issued forms to help you claim a tax exemption if eligible. Please download, complete the form and bring it to Free Form Clay so we can update your account.​

Placing an Order

Orders are processed in the order they are received. You can place an order in store or via the order form linked below. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.

If any items are out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you via your preferred contact method to discuss alternative options or expected turnaround time.

Once your order has been processed, we will send you an invoice via email for payment. When your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you using your preferred contact method. Please note: completed orders will be held for 30 days from the date of notification.

While our standard method is in-store pickup, shipping and delivery are available upon request.

Checking Order Status

Order status inquiries are handled by email only. Please contact us at clay@freeformclay.sdcoxmail.com and include your name and order information. This ensures we can quickly and accurately provide you with the most up-to-date information.

Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 60 day return policy on most items. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt of purchase. Please note that special orders and kiln shelves are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
