Delivery Service
Free Form Clay offers local delivery of clay, glaze materials, equipment, and other pottery supplies throughout San Diego County. Deliveries are only available Monday through Thursday from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

Scheduling, Payment, & Order Changes
All delivery orders must be paid in full before inventory is held, stacked, palletized, wrapped, and scheduled for delivery. Delivery scheduling does not begin until payment has been received.
Once payment is received, orders are immediately prepared for delivery. Because of this, changes to an existing delivery order cannot be accommodated.
If you need to add, remove, or change items after payment has been received, your existing order will be canceled and a new order will be created. This will delay processing and delivery of your order. Additional fees will apply if work has already begun on the original order, including stacking, palletizing, wrapping, or scheduling delivery.
To ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time, all items should be included before payment is submitted.
Delivery Pricing
Please note: standard deliveries include curbside delivery only and do not include hand unloading. Customers are responsible for moving materials from the delivery location into their studio, classroom, business, or residence.

Kiln Delivery & Setup
Kiln delivery includes placement and basic setup of the kiln at the delivery location. Kiln delivery and setup are limited to locations that can be safely accessed by our delivery team. We do not deliver kilns upstairs or into locations that require navigating stairs, steep grades, narrow passages, or other difficult access points. If you have concerns about site access, please contact us before placing your order.

Placing a Delivery Order
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery from receipt of payment OR arrival of special order items, whichever is later.
Once your order has been reviewed, you will receive an invoice via email. After payment is received, your order will be prepared and scheduled for delivery. We will contact you using your preferred contact method to coordinate delivery.
Refusal of Service
Free Form Clay reserves the right to refuse service, sales, special orders, deliveries, or future orders at its discretion. Customers are expected to comply with store policies and treat staff with courtesy and respect. This includes situations involving behavior or circumstances that significantly disrupt business operations.
